BIOGRAPHY
Mark is a regular performer and has played in Duo’s Bands and Solo for
the past 18 years covering songs from great Artists, Bands and Songwriters
who have influenced and inspired him, along with some of his original
compositions.
Throughout that time Mark has performed in a large number of public
venues throughout NSW along with Private/Corporate Functions
including a Corporate Launch in Sydney attended by the Prime Minister
of Australia. Mark is an accomplished Guitar player who enjoys playing many styles of
music including Blues and Rock. He has also played and studied Jazz
guitar and has completed a Jazz Course and Workshop at the Sydney Conservatorium
in Sydney. In recognition for his song writing ability Mark was fortunate enough to
win the Blues Category in the ABC Newcastle Music Awards and as a
result was given a publishing contract to appear on a compilation CD
released by the ABC.
